Eleni Neofotistou graduated from the Faculty of Primary Education of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She holds a MSc in E-learning at the Department of Digital Systems (DDS), University of Piraeus.

She works as a Primary School Teacher at Hellenic-American Educational Foundation- Athens College Elementary School. She  has also participated in several training courses, seminars, workshops, so as in MOOCs and online professional development courses at Harvard Graduate School of Education (“Making Thinking Visible: Building Understanding through Critical and Creative Thinking” and “Teaching for Understanding: Educating for the Unknown “). Moreover, she has run educational lectures and workshops in different areas of expertise (mentoring/coaching, TED-Ed, ICT etc.)

Her academic research is about STEAM methodology and its implementation in interdisciplinary instructional design patterns so as to enhance learners’ social and career competencies and meet the needs of diverse skills’ development.
